Custom length metro pole - white
Hang your Att Pynta curtains with our metal curtain metro pole tracks. Create the look of traditional pole suspension with the ease and flexibility of track fittings and gliders. These pole tracks can be attached to the wall or ceiling, available in either a black or white. The metropole is perfect for windows that have tricky spaces for the brackets or where a bend is required such as bay windows. Curtain tracks create a neat, elegant finish when hanging your curtains, ideal for bifold doors or large glassed areas. The package includes track, 2 end stoppers, wall / ceiling brackets and gliders for a complete suspension. Custom made to the exact length you need, simply enter the length in whole cm and add to basket!
For any tracks longer than 300cm a connecting bridge joint will be included and the track will be supplied in two pieces.
For the perfect waved suspension when hanging the curtains on a metro pole track use our High pleat hooks.
Adding two curtain layers? Attached two curtain tracks parallel to each other at approximately 10 cm intervals. Hang the sheer curtain closest to the window and the thicker curtain on the outer track for a luxurious feel.

If you order curtain poles, hooks etc with your curtains, your order will arrive together. If you just order curtains accessories, such as hooks, they are usually shipped out within standard delivery time frame of 2-5 working days.

Shipping to the EU from the UK (updated due to Brexit)
The UK left the EU on January 1st 2021, this unfortunately means it is now more expensive to order our products if you are based in the EU.
We ship our products from the UK, please note customs fees may be applicable to your order once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. Check your local customs if you are unsure about your country’s duties fees.
By law we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Att Pynta you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

If you intend to make a return, you must inform us at info@attpynta.com within 14 days of receiving the order, stating the order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item, or whether the product is faulty. After notifying us, products must be returned to our office within 28 days of delivery.

FURNITURE
Here at Att Pynta, we guarantee the high quality of all our products. However, if our products do not meet this high standard or if you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to refund or exchange items in accordance with the conditions laid out below.
If you intend to make a return of a furniture item, you must inform us at info@attpynta.com within 14 days of receiving the order, stating the order number your return relates to and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item, or whether the product is faulty. After notifying us, the item must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery. Please email us at info@attpynta.com to arrange the collection of your return. All furniture returns have to be arranged and collected by our delivery team. In case of returning or exchanging a non-faulty item, customers are responsible for all delivery/collection costs (these are covered for faulty products only). We can only accept items which are being returned to us in a sellable condition.
On delivery our dedicated delivery team will unpack the item and ensure you are happy with the product. In the unlikely event there are any visible faults with the item our delivery team will document the problem on our behalf. If you are not happy with the product you have the right to refuse the item and our team will take it back to our warehouse. On such an occasion you will have the option of a full refund or a replacement product. We will be notified by the delivery team of any refused goods. By accepting and signing for the item you are stating that you are happy with the quality and condition of the item upon delivery.

CUSTOM MADE CURTAINS, ROMAN BLINDS AND TRACKS
Please note that all our curtains, roman blinds and tracks are tailor-made according to the customer's exact measurements, so we cannot accept returned goods once they are produced. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order and you wish to cancel please email us on info@attpynta.com. Your order will then be cancelled and full refund will be issued. Please note curtain orders can not be amended once an order has been processed.
